Founded in January 2025, Craker Tutoring emerged from my passion for Mathematics and English, coupled with my desire to help others reach their full potential. Throughout my tenure as a tutor, I've witnessed countless students surpass their academic goals and achieve remarkable progress.
These transformative moments have been deeply rewarding, affirming my professional path. Since our establishment, I've acquired specialised training in Special Educational Needs (SEN), allowing me to support children with diverse learning requirements. These students have not only significantly improved their academic performance but have also experienced the profound satisfaction of accomplishing them.

I'm Loren Craker, the founder of Craker Tutoring. My passion for supporting children and young people stems from my own experiences as a student and the challenges I faced throughout my educational journey. Those experiences shaped my understanding of how important the right support, encouragement, and guidance can be in helping a child reach their full potential.
I believe that every child deserves to feel valued, understood, and capable of success. My approach is centred on building positive relationships, creating a supportive learning environment, and helping each student develop confidence in their own abilities. I understand that every learner is unique, which is why I focus on adapting my support to meet individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Compassion, patience, and dedication are at the heart of everything I do. I am passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning, develop independence, and discover their potential both academically and personally.
Seeing young people grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and develop a positive attitude towards learning is what motivates me every day. At Craker Tutoring, my aim is to provide a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment where every child feels supported, empowered, and inspired to succeed.

Admin, Developer & Safeguarding
Aran is an experienced and highly committed IT/Administrator and Safeguarding Officer who brings a strong blend of technical expertise, operational awareness, and people-centred leadership to his role. With over 13 years of experience in the security industry, he has developed a deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and maintaining safe, well-regulated environments.
Alongside his security background, Aran has worked extensively with technology for more than a decade. He has developed multiple business websites, managed digital infrastructures, and successfully operated large Discord communities—demonstrating his capability in system administration, online safety, and community management. His hands-on experience enables him to support reliable IT operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure that safeguarding protocols are effectively implemented across digital and physical platforms.
Aran is recognised for his professionalism, strong communication skills, and his ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations. He is dedicated to promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Beyond his technical and safeguarding responsibilities, Aran is valued for his approachable, positive, and supportive manner. He is passionate about helping individuals develop and achieve their full potential, and he consistently encourages growth, inclusion, and high standards within any team or setting.
